What personal information does Bellasposa collect and how do we use it?
The personal information we collect consists of data that you have given during the registration process. We require that all guests who would like to place an order provide us with their name, address, zip code, e-mail address and credit card information. We also keep track of your visits to the site and all purchases you make through us with this information.
Does Bellasposa disclose my personally identifiable information to others? If so, to whom?
If you are an event holder, Bellasposa reserves the right to contact you about your account.
Information we collect is owned strictly by Bellasposa and is used to enhance your experience on our site, to show you Bellasposa-related content and to display the content according to your studio preferences. We also use such personal information to send you information and promotional materials regarding Bellasposa. Your contact information may be used if it becomes necessary to contact you. We may also disclose your personal information when we believe the law requires it.
Why did you receive an e-mail from us?
You will receive an e-mail from Bellasposa if, (a) your e-mail address is either listed with us as someone who has willingly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased, or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.
How can you stop receiving e-mail from us?
Each e-mail sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving e-mail from Bellasposa. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any e-mail. Please note that requests to be removed from an e-mail distribution list can take up to 7 business days.
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited e-mail sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that e-mail with your comments to info@bellasposawedding.com for review. We respect your time and attention by monitoring the frequency of our mailings.
Are my pictures available for public viewing?
After you view the proofs your photographer has taken for you, you can edit these photos for viewing by your invited guests. Your site is password protected and only those people that you give the password to will have access to your event photos.
Changes to privacy policy
Bellasposa reserves the right from time to time to make changes to its Privacy Policy.
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail, if you have "opted-in" to receive e-mail notifications. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected.

Product Purchases
You can purchase copies of the photographs featured on this website in the form of photographic prints. Such prints and other photographic products are collectively referred to herein as “Products.” You acknowledge that all Products are custom made to your order and have no market beyond your purchase thereof. As such all Products are non-returnable and payment for all Products is required to be made in full in advance. Risk of loss and/or damage, and title, for all such Products will pass from Bellasposa to you upon the carrier’s receipt of the Products. Although Bellasposa strives to fulfill all Product orders in a timely fashion, all Product delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed, and Bellasposa will have no liability for any late delivery.
Product Satisfaction Policy
Bellasposa is committed to your satisfaction. If any Product that you purchase is defective and you return that Product to us within thirty (30) days following our initial shipment of that Product, we will repair or replace that Product at our expense. Before returning any Product to us, you must notify us of the problem by calling us at (909) 758-0176.
